On September 5, 2017 President Trump moved to end the DACA program. After September 5, 2017 no new DACA applications were accepted. After October 5, 2017 no new DACA renewals were accepted.

If you are currently a DACA recipient, your deferred action card is valid until the expiration date listed on the card. There have been multiple bills allowing for an extension of the DACA program submitted to Congress. None of these bills have been passed into law.
